Job description
We are looking for Senior Consultants for SAP Financial Services Solutions in order to build team competencies to address requirements of customers in various industries and to deliver solutions to EMEA Customers over 20 countries. The primary purpose of this role is to perform consulting tasks within project implementations in SAP ERP Financial Solutions, being actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects for national/international customers. We are looking for Senior Consultants who are eager and keen to develop his career in SAP ERP Finance.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

- Perform consulting tasks within project implementations in SAP ERP Finance Solutions, for national/international customers, acting as knowledge peers within their teams
- Detailed planning of process implementation
- Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
- Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
- Deploy pre-engineered and "assemble-to-order" delivery principles to reduce customer's Total Cost of Investment
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems

Desired Skills and Experience
WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 6+ year proven SAP Finance consulting experience in a customer facing role with large and/or multi-national organizations
- Consulting experience with SAP Business Objects Solutions and ABAP Development will be considered as added value

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- University degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management or equivalent
- Proven track of successful project/product performance regarding customer satisfaction, quality deliverables and in time delivery
- Proven knowledge of, at least three, SAP ERP Finance areas: - FI-AA Asset Accounting - FI-AP Accounts Payable - FI-AR Accounts Receivable - FI-GL General Ledger Accounting - FI-Integ Financial Accounting - FI-SL Special Purpose Ledger - FI-SL-IS-A Report Writer / Report Painter - CO-OM Overhead Cost Controlling - CO-OM-ABC Activity-Based Costing - CO-OM-CCA Cost Center Accounting - CO-OM-OPA Overhead Orders - CO-PA Profitability Analysis - CO-PC Product Cost Controlling - CO-PS Project System Cost Controlling - EC-PCA Profit Center Accounting
- Good presentation and communication skills, open minded w/ customer focus
- Learning capacity and the will to acquire new skills, acting as a coach for colleagues
- Blueprinting knowledge and experience
- Client Understanding & Acceptance
- Fluent in English (at business level) and in one of the following: Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese
